Remodeled Gold Coast Condo - Before & After
Today I'm sharing some before & after photos for my new listing at 247 E Chestnut. When the current seller first saw this property in 2015, she loved the prime Gold Coast location, corner unit layout, and large open living space - but to say it needed some work would be an understatement. It was a bank owned property and was in terrible condition - think worn out floors, filthy carpeting, and years of grime built up on the walls. One of the bathrooms was even covered in floor-to-ceiling mauve fixtures & tile!
After submitting an offer, we went through the lengthy process of purchasing a foreclosure. If you've never purchased a bank-owned property before, it's not for the faint of heart! Although there were a few hiccups along the way, and about 50x the normal amount of paperwork normally needed to buy a property, we finally closed and she was able to get to work on the renovations.
Now I'm thrilled to be involved with this property again, offering it both for sale and for rent. Take a look at the gallery below for some seriously drastic before & after shots!
